Here's what to do:

  1. Have your applicant review and sign the Employment Screening Authorization Form.*
  2. Fill out our Employment Screening Inquiry Form and select your services.
  3. Email the completed Inquiry form to forms@rentalpropertyscreening.com (or fax it to 334-745-2066).
  4. We'll send your results back in the same way you sent it to us.
  5. Now, you can make an informed, educated decision about your potential employee!
